There are also the important archaeological and marine museums of the city. Many interesting tourist and musical events are organized during the summer months.
c) the central bus terminal with busses leaving every half hour for every destination in Crete.

It is built with stone on the outside and with bricks on the inside. It has high ceilings, making it airy, bright and healthy, with large, traditional wooden windows, in order to let a lot of sunlight into the house. The large living room is lit by hidden lights. Please note that, during the winter, the temperature in the interior of the house does not drop below 21o C and as a result the use of the heating system is not required and the heating costs are relatively minimal. This apartment (duplex) is situated in the centre of Chania, just 400 meters from the old port by foot. It is on the ground floor and has a small garden in the shade in the front. There are parking spots on the street and all the facilities are very close.
The apartment was built in 1960 and fully renovated in 2011. It has a huge living room from where one has access to all the other rooms. There are two bedrooms (a double and a single), a comfortable bathroom and a small kitchen as well as an extra room. There is an autonomous central heating system that burns heating oil, an electric water heater for hot water and plumbing for a washing machine in the bathroom. There is also a landline connected for free access to the internet.
The apartment is rented already furnished, so if you decide to live for an extended period of time in the centre of Chania, this apartment is available for rent at reasonable prices and is ready to be occupied

PRICES
The minimum rental time for the two apartments is from 3 – 12 months, with the following options:
Rental for one year €400/month for up to 4 people.
Rental for the holidays 1/4 - 30/9, €1800 for three months.
Rental for the winter season 1/10 – 31/3, €450/month irrespective of the duration of stay (months)
